Updated: April 29, 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the lives of all of us and perhaps affected our families with special needs children even more so. We feel for these families and understand the critical importance of having trusted chews available for our children to cope and self-regulate.
We are currently open and accepting online orders for all products on our website. We know family budgets are stretched thin in this challenging time and are offering 20% off orders placed in April and May with the code “STAYHOME20”. Our supply chain is intact and we are working closely with our shipping partners to ensure you receive your orders on time.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is of utmost concern. On March 15th we implemented a delayed receiving protocol allowing for 48 hours to pass before bringing deliveries into our assembly and warehouse areas. Additionally, we will not ship finished product that is newer than 7 days old which is over 2 times more conservative than the NIH research which says that the virus can live on plastic for 2-3 days and cardboard for 1 day.
We have instituted a number of other procedures including enhanced cleaning protocols, wearing of masks and gloves in our assembly and packaging areas, keeping employees home if sick, and social distancing in and out of our offices/warehouse.While our daily operating environment has changed, our mission to “Leave No Chewer Behind” and provide our customers with high-quality, dependable chew products remains the same.
