Q. How do I know if I need a 3/8″, 1/2" or 9/16" diameter Strong Tube for my child?
A. It depends upon how old your child is. We recommend the 3/8″ diameter tube for children under 6 yrs old. If your child is older than 6, the 3/8″ tube is still a good choice as you will notice less drool
when they use it, but since the child is older, may require a stronger tube like the 1/2" or even the 9/16".
Q. How hard/firm are the Strong Tubes?
A. The tubes are 95A in durometer which means they are fairly firm. The hollow void in the tubing softens the firmness up quite a bit and keeps the tube fun to chew.
